After Patricia received her BBA in Management Information Systems, she worked for 10 years in full life-cycle levels of System Development, Training, Installation of Technology and Business Strategy services in the Big 4 Management Consulting realm across domestic and international environments. She then started her Recruiting and Account Management career with Source Edp providing all phases of Recruiting, Staffing and Client Development along with managing a team of technical recruiters.
Patricia has a strong background in technology placement within the IT industry. Her placements were in the areas of Software/Support Development, Technical Sales, Web Development, Network Engineering and IT management.
She has supported and placed non-technology positions for various client types and industries including the Big 4 Consulting firms, Banking, Manufacturing and Software Development companies.
