Armed with information gathered from a Lee Talent Management meeting with the client hiring authority to determine the hard and soft skills desired, as well as possible tradeoffs for appropriate experience, the search and screening process of qualified candidates begins.
Upon the initiation of a search, Lee Talent Management will manage expectations, which requires us to provide clear and timely feedback to all parties.
Selected candidates are presented with the client’s needs highlighted in the presentation along with their resume of accomplishments.
Lee Talent Management will assist in setting up the interviews, as well as presentation of offer, reference checking, and closing the candidate on an agreeable start date.
